There is a new ‘cool links’ section in our weblog sidebar (at left) for topics that are often the subject of internet searches.  Rather than have many of them stored away in our weblog archives there are now direct links to important or frequently searched topics such as etiquette, ATMs, bookings, membership, train travel to Niseko, lodge management, UHF radios and snowfall data.  They were going to be called our ‘hot links’, but as it is Niseko-related we thought ‘cool links’ might be more appropriate.

One of the joys of Niseko is that snowsports don't have to stop just because of nightfall.  Some more photos this week of AAC Niseko lodge guests next to the Big Thermometer and enjoying the Hirafu slopes after dark.

a change of scenery

The nearby resort of Rusutsu provides an interesting day-trip from Niseko.  Pictured below are lodge manager Chris Holmes (in checked ski pants) with AAC Niseko lodge guests William, Harrison and Nigel.
